Maharashtra FYJC Schedule for Special Rounds :

The School and Sports Department is yet to unveil the timetable for special rounds in Maharashtra FYJC admissions. Approximately seven FYJC cutoffs will be issued for these special rounds. Refer to the table below for an estimate of the schedule. The table will be revised once the official schedule is published.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
  • Students listed in the merit should access the 11th admission portal at 11thadmission.org.in to upload their SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE before proceeding.
  • Admission confirmation by the college authority is mandatory via Zoom. Zoom Meeting ID: 9967914963.
  • Only after receiving confirmation from the concerned authority, students can proceed with further formalities.
PROCEDURE:
  • Students / Parents should initiate the process by filling out the Online College Admission form as per the guidelines provided below. For queries or assistance, please connect with the Admissions Help Desk on Zoom. Zoom Meeting ID: 9967914963. (Monday to Saturday, Timings: 10 a.m. to 05 p.m., except public holidays)
  • Refer to the Prospectus.
  • Uploading documents while filling the college admission form is obligatory. Ensure all documents are scanned in PDF format & Images in JPG format.
  • Required documents include :
    • SSC Marksheet
    • School Leaving Certificate
    • Ration card (First & Last Page) for Mumbai residents exceeding 15 years.
    • Birth certificate
    • Aadhar Card
    • Recent photo and Signature (Jpg Format)
    • Minority certificate for Gujarati minority students (Compulsory)

  • All students confirming online admission must complete the College online form and strictly pay fees through the online payment gateway (ONLY through Debit / Credit Card).
  • For Govt. list Online Admissions, teachers will assist in filling College Online Admission form at the college premises for admission confirmation. (Monday to Friday, Timings: from 11a.m. to 1 p.m., except public holidays)

FYJC Pune

REGISTRATION :

  • Access the link – pune.11thadmission.org.in.
  • Provide your mobile number to receive Login ID and Password. Ensure to store this information securely as it is essential for the admission process.

PAYMENT :

  • Upon login, make an online payment of Rs.125/- to obtain the online booklet. Thoroughly read the booklet as it contains crucial information.

FORM FILLING:

  • Complete Part 1 of the form before the SSC result and Part 2 after the result is declared.
  • Part 1 form filling period is from 1st August 2020 until the Result day. This section includes personal details, address, category, reservation details, and sports information (if applicable).

Documents to be Uploaded:

  • Caste certificate, non-creamy layer certificate, sports certificate (if applicable) should be scanned for upload.

IMPORTANT NOTES :

  • Students must upload their own caste certificate; father’s caste certificate won’t be accepted.
  • Ensure the scan file size does not exceed 1MB.
  • Accepted file types: JPG, JPEG, PDF, PNG, or BMC only.
  • For VJNT, OBC, SBC, SEBC, EWC categories, a non-creamy layer certificate is compulsory.
  • Non-creamy layer certificate is not required for SC, ST categories.

Submission and Verification :

  • Review all details carefully before submitting Part 1 of the form. Once submitted successfully, your part of the work is completed.

Also NOTE :
  • Admission available only in minority and reserved category junior colleges.
  • Minority quota applicable for students from the corresponding secondary school department.
  • Optional quota applicable for all colleges.
  • Students allocated to colleges under optional quota based on merit at the junior college level.
  • List of students with optional quota admission preferences will be displayed at schools.
  • All admissions at the school will be recorded on a designated platform.
  • Detailed information on admission procedures will be provided later.
  • Only students from Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Nashik, Amravati, and Nagpur Municipal Corporation areas are eligible to apply.
  • Guidance centers and schools should provide necessary information for certifying student applications.
  • Admission process for 11th grade in MMR, Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Nashik, Amravati, and Nagpur Municipal Corporation areas will start along with the central online admission process for the 19th grade in the 2024-25 academic year.
Allocation of available seats :

The allocation of available seats for admission in junior colleges will be as follows :

  1. High School / Junior College Registration :
    • Students need to register online for admission in junior colleges. They will receive a login ID and password for further proceedings.
  2. Online Application Filling Process :
    • Fill out Part-1 of the admission form online, which will be verified by the respective high school or guidance centre.
  3. Admission Procedure:
    • Students can secure admission in junior colleges through two methods:
      • Allocation through Central Admission Process (CAP Seats) or
      • Contacting respective colleges for quota seats.
    • After filling out Part-1 of the online application and getting it verified, students will need to fill out Part-2 (Option Form) to select their preferred junior colleges for admission.
  4. Admission Options:
    • Students can choose junior colleges either through CAP Seats or by contacting the respective colleges for quota seats.
    • Allocation will be based on the preferences given by the students in Part-2 of the application (minimum 1, maximum 10).
    • Allotment will be made according to the preferences given by the students, and they need to confirm their admission with the allotted college within the specified time frame.
