What is the Jeevan Pramaan Certificate ?

1. Download the Required Apps – To submit your life certificate online, you need to download two important apps :

  Both apps can found on the Google Play Store. First, install the Aadhaar Face RD app for face authentication, and then install the Jeevan Pramaan app.

2. Aadhaar Face Authentication Process – After installing the Aadhaar Face RD app, do the following:

• Open the app and set up face verification.
• Take a clear picture of your face when asked. You may also need to make specific facial movements, like blinking, to confirm your identity.

3. Registering on the Jeevan Pramaan App – Once you’ve set up the Aadhaar Face RD app, register on the Jeevan Pramaan app:

• Enter your Aadhaar number and the linked mobile number.
• Add your email address, if you want updates.
• Complete OTP Verification: You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your mobile or email. Enter the OTP to verify your information.
• Submit Personal Details: After verification, provide your name and other necessary information.

4. Submitting the Life Certificate – After registering, submit your life certificate through the Jeevan Pramaan app:

• Enter Pensioner Details: Fill in your full name as per Aadhaar, the type of pension (like family or service pension), and organization details.
• Provide PPO Number and Bank Account Information: Enter your Pension Payment Order (PPO) number and bank account details where you receive your pension.
