Ts icet Counselling Registration 2024

The TGICET Counselling 2024 will start the registration and slot booking on September 1. Next will be the physical certificate verification from September 3. The TS ICET counselling will start on September 1 and remain open until September 8. The certificate verification for TS ICET is scheduled between September 3 and 8. Further the candidates can begin entering their web options on September 4 after their certificates are verified.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria based on their TS ICET scores can take part in the online counselling process, which consists of two phases : the first and final phases. After the 2 phases, a spot counselling round will be held to fill the unoccupied seats.

After verification, candidates can choose their preferred colleges and courses. Seat allotment usually considers candidate ranks, TS ICET cutoffs, the number of available seats, and the categories.   • TS ICET registration number

1st Phase TS ICET Counselling – Important Dates :

Slot Booking for Certificate Verification :

• Schedule a time for offline certificate verification by choosing :
  • Help Line Centre (HLC)
  • Date and time
• Attend the verification only during your booked time.
• Not paying the counselling fee or failing to book a slot will make you ineligible for certificate verification.

TS ICET Option Entry :

• After verification, receive login details from TSCHE.
• The Login ID will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Create a password at tsicet.nic.in.
• Enter options from home, an internet center, or a helpline center.
• There is no limit on the number of options; choose as many as you wish for better chances of seat allotment.
• Select from available TS ICET participating institutes and courses.
• Save and print your final selections.

Downloading the Allotment Order :

• Access the candidate portal with:
  • ROC form number
  • TSICET hall ticket number
  • Password
  • Date of birth
• The allotment order will provide:
  • Allocated college information
  • Tuition fee details
  • Instructions for reporting to the college
• Confirm your seat by paying the tuition fee on time to avoid cancellation of the allotment order.

TS ICET Counselling 2024 – Final Phase :

Overview :

• The final phase addresses any vacant seats left after the first phase.
• Certificate verification will be repeated for new or previously missed candidates.
• Candidates with verified certificates from the first phase can directly enter their options.

Key Points :

• Options chosen in the first phase will not carry over; new selections are required.
• If you receive a new allotment in the final phase, the first phase seat will be canceled, and you cannot claim it.
• Tuition fees paid in the first phase can be transferred to the final phase or refunded if canceled.
• Candidates satisfied with their first-phase allotment should not enter options during the final phase.

Final Phase TS ICET Counselling – Important Dates :

Eligibility for Option Entry in Final Phase :

Candidates who :

• Received a seat in the first phase but do not wish to join
• Did not secure a seat but had certificates verified
• Did not participate in option entry but had certificates verified
• Confirmed a seat but are seeking a better option
• Any other eligible candidates

Cancellation of Seats :

Submit cancellation requests to the Convener in person, by mail, or via email. Required documents include :

• Original receipt from document verification
• Provisional allotment order
• Fee payment receipt
• Cancellation request letter

Refund of Tuition Fee :

• Before Final Phase Cutoff : Full fee refunded if cancellation is before the cutoff date.
• After Final Phase Cutoff :
  • 100% fee forfeited for colleges.
  • 50% fee forfeited if canceled before the cutoff date listed in the allotment order.
  • 100% fee forfeited for Private Unaided colleges.
