The Tribal Affairs and Welfare Department operates special residential educational institutions across 89 tribal development blocks within the tribal sub-plan area of Madhya Pradesh. Together, the School Department and Tribal Affairs Department of Madhya Pradesh have announced a total of 18,527 vacancies for teachers. These positions will filled by candidates who have successfully cleared the Primary Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by the Professional Examination Board Madhya Pradesh.

The Madhya Pradesh Teachers Recruitment Board has published the waiting list and provisional merit list for Grade 2 teachers in the tribal department on their official website. Teacher’s Recruitment Registration Process :
- Visit trc.mponline.gov.in and click on “Lok Shikshan Sanchanalay Madhya Pradesh (DPI)”.
- Choose your desired teacher category: “Uchha Madhyamik Shikshak”, “Madhyamik Shikshak”, or “Prathamik Shikshak”.
- Click on your chosen category to see details such as department name, teacher category, instructions, document downloads, and counselling schedule.
- Sign up using your Roll Number, Date of Birth (DOB), Registered mobile number, and E-mail ID.
- Enter the OTP sent to your E-mail ID and Mobile Number to complete the registration.
- If your registered mobile number or E-mail ID has changed, update them through the District Officer (DEO) office.
- Select your teacher category, enter Roll Number and DOB, and choose either mobile number or email ID to receive OTP.
- Verify OTP and set your profile password.
- Create your profile and login using the credentials.
- Select your document verification district from the menu.
- Upload the required documents and proceed for registration.
- Complete the choice filling process by selecting preferred schools for posting and pay the applicable fee to lock your choices.
- Print the payment receipt after completing the choice filling process.

Rs. 100 on MP Online Portal, with an additional Rs. 5 per document uploaded.

- On the home page, click on “Lok Shikshan Sanchanalay Madhya Pradesh (DPI)”.
- You will see options for “Uchha Madhyamik Shikshak”, “Madhyamik Shikshak”, and “Prathamik Shikshak”.
- Click on the category of teacher you wish to apply for.
- Clicking on “Uchha Madhyamik Shikshak” will display a page with details such as department name, teacher category, instructions, document downloads, and counselling schedule.
- You will see an option for “Candidate login / Sign-up”.
- Use the Sign-up option to create your login.
- After signing up, click on “Candidate login” to create your profile.

TRC MP Online Merit List 2024 :
- Visit the official MP Online Limited Government portal at – trc.mponline.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on the DPI link.
- Navigate to the direct link provided to check the TRC MP Merit List 2024
- Select the desired options including Post, Subject, and Provisional Selection Category.
- Click on the “Show” button to view the merit list.
General Instructions for TRC MP Online :
- Guest teachers must choose one district for document verification, decided by the Commissioner, Public .
- After document upload, candidates must select school preferences on the portal and lock their choices by paying the fee.
- Failure to pay the portal fee after registration and document upload will disqualify candidates from consideration.
- Candidates must appear for document verification with original and self-attested copies at the designated office.
- Verification receipts will digitally issued upon successful document matching and submission.
- Only certificates from recognised institutions and authorised state government authorities will accepted.
- Guest teacher experience certificates are valid up to the academic session 2023-2024.
- Certificates must signed by the District Officer or issued by the District Coordinator / Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department.
- Applicants who completed three sessions and 200 days of teaching by March 31, 2024, can benefit from guest teacher reservation.
- Candidates obtaining their degree in the same academic session as guest teaching must meet specific criteria for eligibility.
- Candidates in their final year of academic/professional qualification in 2022-23 and 2023-24 will not eligible according to Rulebook Clause 10.5.
