Admissions for the academic year 2024-25 at Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences (TANUVAS) for undergraduate courses will based on merit in the qualifying examination. TANUVAS offers undergraduate programs in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Food Technology, Poultry Technology, Dairy Technology, Bioinformatics, and Biotechnology. Applicants are required to have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in class 12 to eligible for TANUVAS Admission 2024-25. Seat allotment will finalised during the counselling process.
Candidates from Tamil Nadu are invited to submit their online applications for admission to various Undergraduate Degree Programs offered by the Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences for the academic year 2024-2025. The application window have started from the 03 June 2024, starting at 10:00 AM and the deadline will until 21 June 2024, closing at 5:00 PM.

How to apply for Tanuvas Veterinary Admissions ?
- Visit the official website : adm.tanuvas.ac.in
- Ensure eligibility conditions, view prospectus, and understand the mode of selection.
- Complete the online application process by filling in required details and uploading necessary documents or certificates.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents such as mark sheets, transfer certificate, community certificate, and nativity certificate if necessary.
- Submit applications online on or before 21.06.2024, closing at 5:00 PM.
- Upon successful submission you will receive an SMS and email confirmation.
- Print out the application for reference after receiving the confirmation..

Reservation Category :
All India Quota :
- 15% of total seats in BVSc & AH reserved for candidates selected by Veterinary Council of India (VCI).
- 15% of total seats in BTech (Food Technology and Dairy Technology) reserved for candidates selected by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
Eligibility for Tamil Nadu State Quota :
- Candidates must Indian citizens and natives of Tamil Nadu.
- Candidates completing VIII, IX, X, XI, and XII Std. in Tamil Nadu are eligible without submitting a Nativity Certificate.
Age Criteria :
- Minimum age: 17 years as of December 31, 2024.
- Maximum age (as of July 1, 2024) :
- SC, SCA, ST category candidates: No age limit.
- Other candidates: 21 years.

- Seats are subject to change based on approval by the State Government, Veterinary Council of India, or ICAR, GoI.
- Approval by the Veterinary Council of India is necessary for certain seats.

- After filling in all details and uploading documents, review the application through PREVIEW.
- Note that only online applications will accepted, and any other formats will summarily rejected.
- Candidates are not required to send hard copies of applications.
- No changes are allowed after final submission.
