The Government of Odisha’s Women and Child Development Department has announced the start of the Subhadra Yojana Odisha Form PDF Download for 2024. This initiative targets married women between the ages of 21 and 59, providing financial support via vouchers. It aims to improve their livelihoods and encourage self-sufficiency. The Subhadra Yojana aims to empower one crore women in the state by offering a total of Rs 50,000 over five years. Eligible women will receive the first payment of Rs 5,000 on Rakhi Purnima. Eligibility Criteria for the Application Form 2024 :

1. Residence : Applicants must reside in Odisha.

2. Food Security Coverage : Covered by the National Food Security Act (NFSA) or the State Food Security Scheme (SFSS).

3. Women from families without NFSA or SFSS cards can apply if their annual income is not more than Rs. 2.50 lakh.

4. Age Limit : Applicants must aged between 21 and 60 years as of the qualifying date, with their age verified using the date of birth on their Aadhaar card.

• For the financial year 2024-25, eligible birth dates range from 02 July 1964 to 01 July 2003.

5. Pro – Rated Benefits : If a woman turns 21 after 01 July 2024, she will receive Rs. 10,000 per year for the remaining duration of the scheme. Women who turn 60 after this date will not receive further benefits.

• Financial Assistance : Women receiving Rs. 1,500 a month or Rs. 18,000 a year or more from any government scheme are not eligible.
• Current or former MPs, MLAs, or elected members of Urban Local Bodies or Panchayati Raj Institutions cannot apply.
• Women or their family members who pay Income Tax or who are regular or contractual government employees are ineligible, as are pensioners from government service.
• Women or their families who own a four-wheeled vehicle (except for tractors, mini-trucks, small commercial vehicles, and similar light goods vehicles) are excluded.
• Families owning over 5 acres of irrigated land or more than 10 acres of non-irrigated land do not qualify.
• Workers such as ASHA and Anganwadi workers, as well as those engaged through outsourcing agencies, are eligible if they meet the other criteria.

4. Opting Out :

• Beneficiaries can choose to leave the scheme through the SUBHADRA Portal if they no longer meet the requirements due to reasons like getting a government job or improving their household income.

5. Encouragement of Digital Transactions :

• Beneficiaries are urged to increase their online transactions to earn more incentives as stated in the scheme.

6. Consent for Data Usage :

• By applying for SUBHADRA or not opting out, applicants agree to allow their personal data, including Aadhaar details, to used by authorities for monitoring and evaluation.

7. Repayment of Overpayments :

• If there are overpayments caused by administrative mistakes, beneficiaries must repay the excess amount, either voluntarily or after being notified by the authorities.
