2. Start Complaint Registration : Click on the ‘Register your Complaint’ option on the left side of the homepage. Select ‘Register Complaint’.
3. Choose Jurisdiction :  Pick ‘Central Government’ from the list of options.
4. Provide Details :  Select the appropriate Ministry and Department. Complete all required fields in the form. Click ‘Next’ and fill in any additional required information.
5. Submit Complaint : Review all the information you have provided. Click ‘Submit’ to finish the process.
