The SCERT Delhi D.El.Ed Result 2024 will announced after the exam. To check your result, visit scertdelhi.admissions.nic.in, click on the result link, and log in. The result will include details like score and rank, determining admission chances to DIETs in GNCT of Delhi for D.El.Ed and DPSE courses.

Registration Process :
  • All applications for admission must submitted online through the SCERT website scertdelhiadmission.nic.in.
  • There are no printed application forms available for admission.
  • Follow the instructions provided on the admission website for filling out the online application form, adhering to the guidelines for each column.
Application Form Submission :
  • Application Details :
    • Indicate the qualifying status (passed / appearing) for the 12th exam.
    • Fill in the marks obtained and other relevant details.
  • Category : Select the desired category / sub-category.
  • Qualification Details :
    • Provide information about the 10th and 12th exams, including passing status, board, marks obtained, etc.

Choices of Entrance Test Centers :

i. Entrance Tests will held in Delhi and NCR regions.

ii. No changes to the selected Entrance Test Center will permitted after submission.

iii. Once the online application form deadline passes, candidate data, including category and program choice, cannot modified by SCERT.

iv. Candidates must select three preferred exam centres based on priority.

v. Tentative entrance centre choices include East Delhi, West Delhi, North Delhi, South Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad, Sonipat, Gurugram, and Bahadurgarh.

vi. SCERT reserves the right to adjust the number of entrance test centers based on applicant numbers.

 Payment of Fee :
  1. Application Fee : Candidates must pay the non-refundable online application fee through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or RuPay.
  2. Failure to pay the application fee will result in immediate rejection of the application.
  3. The application fee can only paid using Credit card, Debit card, Net banking, RuPay, or UPI.
  4. Once the application fee is successfully received by SCERT, it becomes non-refundable, and no correspondence will entertained.
  5. SCERT (HQ) will not held responsible for any issues during online payments, including non-payments, duplicate payments, or technical problems. However, any failed payments deducted by the bank will refunded by the bank itself.
  6. Failure to make payments will result in the immediate cancellation of the applicant’s candidature.

Download of Admit Card : 
  • Check the schedule on the admission website for availability of the Admit Card.
  • Once available, log into the admission portal at scertdelhiadmission.nic.in to print the Admit Card.
  • Follow the instructions printed on the Admit Card.
  • Print two copies of the Admit Card as one copy needs to surrendered to the invigilators at the Entrance Test center.
  • Bring a valid ID card to the Entrance Test.
Result Declaration :
  • SCERT will prepare the rank list based on the merit of the entrance test scores and applicable reservations.
  • The list of provisionally selected candidates will displayed on SCERT’s website scertdelhiadmission.nic.in according to the schedule in the prospectus.
  • No intimation will sent by post; candidates must check the website regularly.
  • Additional lists of candidates selected from the waiting list may displayed.
  • After the display of the list of provisionally selected candidates, candidates may edit preferences of DIETs/Institutions, but fundamental information cannot changed.
Sliding Procedure for Candidates :
  1. After the 3rd list, candidates must consent for further participation in each round of counseling/spot rounds. However, their seat will not retained in these rounds.
  2. Only verified candidates who have been allocated seats, paid the Part Admission Fee of INR Rs.3600/-, and reported with the Provisional Allotment Letter during allocation rounds will considered for sliding.
  3. Sliding is applicable for candidates who have not withdrawn or frozen their allotted seat as per the prospectus guidelines.
  4. Sliding is based on the choices filled by candidates in the online application form and their rank in the CBT.
  5. Candidates who have paid the Part Admission Fee and reported but do not wish to participate in the sliding round must freeze their allotment through their login ID.
  6. During each sliding round, allocated candidates must report to the allocated DIET/Institution for document submission and payment of the course fee as per the prospectus.
  7. After the 3rd round of allocation, candidates must finally report to their allotted DIET/Institute or the DIET/Institute where they froze their seat during the 1st to 3rd allocation rounds for physical reporting.
Allocation of Seats :
  1. Seat allocation is based on merit and the choices filled by candidates in their respective category / subcategory only.
  2. Candidates can check their seat allotment through their login ID provided during registration. The complete list will also available on the admission website according to the prospectus schedule.
  3. Candidates should print the Provisional Allotment Letter if a seat is allotted to them after paying Rs.3600/- online (as a non-refundable Part Admission Fee, adjustable with the 2nd quarter course fee) in their login ID.
  4. The option to print the Provisional Allotment Letter is available only during the respective round of seat allotment.
  5. After allotment, candidates must report to the allocated DIET / Institute with all original documents, verification slip, part admission fee receipt, provisional allotment letter, and self-certified copies of all documents within the specified schedule. Non-reporting will result in removal from the allocation process.
  6. A Provisional Admission Offer Letter will generated after candidate reporting at the allotted DIET / Institute. Failure to report within the prescribed time schedule will lead to cancellation / rejection of candidature.
  7. Candidates who pay the part admission fee of INR Rs.3600 /- (non – refundable, adjusting Rs.1800/- in first – year term fee and another Rs. 1800/- in second-year term fee) and then withdraw admission will not considered for further allocation rounds.

D.El.Ed. program

Admission Eligibility Criteria :

The admission to the D.El.Ed. program relies on the applicant’s rank in the Online Computer Based Test (CBT). Seats allocated online based on institute choices submitted by applicants and their rank in the respective category/subcategory.

Eligibility Conditions :
  1. al Qualification :
    • Candidates must have passed the Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2) from CBSE or any recognised Board / .
    • Minimum 50% aggregate marks required in the qualifying examination.
    • For CBSE, the percentage calculated based on the best 5 subjects, including at least one language.
    • A 5% relaxation in marks provided for SC, ST, and PwD candidates, making the eligibility threshold 45%.
  2. Evaluation of Marks :
    • For boards / universities other than CBSE, the aggregate marks in the best 5 subjects, including at least one language, are considered.
    • CGPA awarded by the CBSE for the Secondary Examination (10th) is converted to percentage using the board’s conversion formula mentioned on the mark sheet.
  3. Language Requirement :
    • Candidates opting for Urdu / Punjabi language teaching in specific institutes must have passed Urdu / Punjabi as a subject in both Secondary and Senior Secondary Exams. (Applicable for Government DIETs only)
    • Marks in Urdu / Punjabi are included in the total calculation of marks for candidates applying under Urdu/Punjabi language teaching.

Provision Details
Reservation Categories 85% seats for candidates from NCT of Delhi. 15% seats for candidates from States / UTs outside NCT of Delhi.
Domicile Certificate Not required for any candidate in the mentioned categories.
Application Candidates must apply under one of the two categories for reservation benefits (85% or 15%). No automatic consideration from one category to another.
Change Notification Any changes in reservation provisions will communicated on the admission website.
