To Register for Sardardham Admission [OTR] 2024 :

  1. Open your web browser and go to sardardham.org.
  2. Look for the section related to admissions on the website’s homepage.
  3. Before starting the registration process, carefully read any instructions or guidelines provided on the admission page.
  4. Locate the registration form for Sardardham Admission [OTR] 2024. It may labeled as “Apply Now” or “Registration Form.”
  5. Provide your personal details accurately in the registration form. This may include your name, date of birth, gender, contact information, address, etc.

Admission  for Sardar Dham Hostel :

Eligibility Criteria :

Students who have passed their 12th standard in the years 2022-23-24 and are pursuing FY /SY /TY are eligible for admission based on merit.

Hostel Admission Form :

Online hostel admission forms will available from 1st June 2024 to 15th June 2024.

Merit List :

The merit list for hostel admission will announced after 5 days of completing the hostel admission forms. The merit list will published on the website.

Communication :

Successful candidates will notified via SMS / WhatsApp.

Verification Process :

Selected candidates will have to undergo a verification process for documents related to admission within 7 days of the merit list announcement. In case the candidate fails to secure admission in the college, a non-refundable penalty of Rs. 5000/- will applicable, and their admission seat may kept vacant.

Fee Payment :

The college fee for boys is Rs. 40,000/- annually, and for girls, it is Rs. 1/- token per year. Hence, all male and female students need to deposit a refundable amount of Rs. 5,000/- as a security deposit.

Visitor Meetings Time : Sundays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM  – Location: Designated area – Visitors must register at reception and wear visitor badges  – Verification required in register for residents to meet relatives

 

Hostel Rules and Regulations : 
  1. Attendance at motivational programs, developmental activities, and events promoting self-growth, societal values, and leadership organized by Sardardham will mandatory for all residents. Failure to maintain attendance below 80% will result in the cancellation of admission.
  2. Each room will accommodate a fixed number of residents and no switching of rooms will allowed.
  3. Any misconduct or involvement in activities contrary to hostel rules by any resident or their guests may result in immediate expulsion from the hostel. Admission may cancelled upon receiving a second notice. Such residents will not allowed to reapply for admission to subsequent batches.
  4. Hostel management reserves the right to expel any resident who violates hostel rules. Visitors will not allowed in the rooms.
  5. Residents cannot leave the hostel premises after entry unless accompanied by authorized personnel. Residents leaving the room unattended will liable for any damage caused. Any loss incurred will compensated by the resident. Cleaning and maintenance of rooms will the responsibility of the residents.
Library and Study Hours :

General Rules :

Use of Electronic Devices – Prohibited devices: Radios, televisions, speakers, tape recorders, etc. – Violation fine: Up to Rs. 1000/ – Confiscation for repeated offenses
Vacating Rooms – Must vacate rooms by May 31st  – Exception for exams/interviews: Allowed until completion  – Overstaying fine: Rs. 200/- per day
Food Policy – No outside food allowed – Ordering from outside prohibited  – Fine for unauthorized food: Rs. 50/- per item – Must obtain fine receipt from caretaker

 

Mess Management Rules :
  • The mess will managed by the institution.
  • All students must have their meals in the hostel mess.
  • Strict adherence to the scheduled meal times is required.
  • A fine of 500/- will imposed for missing meals without a valid reason.
  • Any change in meal timing will notified in advance.
  • Students with dietary restrictions must inform the authorities for proper arrangements.
  • The menu for the mess will decided by the mess committee and may vary.

Hostel Gate Closure The hostel gates will closed at 8:30 PM.
Permission to leave after this time will granted only in exceptional cases and with prior approval.
Any student leaving frequently will have their admission cancelled.
Check-in and Check-out A register for signing in and out will maintained at the reception.
Students must adhere to the rules regarding leaving and returning to the hostel premises.
Curfew A curfew of 7:00 PM will enforced.
Students must return to the hostel by this time.
No entry or exit allowed after 5:30 PM without a valid reason.
Leave Policy No leave granted for personal or other engagements in Ahmedabad city.
