The Private Nursing College Management Association of Kerala (PNCMAK) is an organisation representing the interests of private nursing colleges in Kerala, India. PNCMAK serves as a platform for private nursing schools to collaborate on common issues, address collective concerns, and advocate for their needs to the government. How to Apply for PNCMAK Nursing ?
Online Application :
- Register for B.Sc. Nursing course admission online through a single application at pncmak.in.
- Multiple applications will result in rejection.
Application Fee :
-
- Fee Amount : Rs. 1000/- for all candidates.
- Payment Method : Pay online using Credit/Debit/Internet Banking.
- Completion: Application submission is completed only after successful online payment.
- Payment Issues: If the payment is debited but you don’t proceed to the next stage, contact [email protected] with your login details, email-id, or mobile number for assistance within 24 hours.
- Refund Policy: Application fee is non-refundable.
Eligibility for Admission B.Sc. Nursing :
Academic Requirements :
- Higher Secondary Examination : Must have passed with an aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and 50% in English in the second year.
- Relaxation in Marks:
- SEBC candidates with an annual family income up to Rs. 6 lakhs get a 5% relaxation.
- SC / ST candidates only need to pass the qualifying exam.
- Necessary certificates must be provided for relaxation claims.
- Eligibility Certificates : Candidates from outside Kerala must produce a certificate of recognition and equivalency from KUHS Thrissur during the admission interview.
Age Requirements :
- Minimum Age : Applicants must be 17 years old by December 31, 2023. No relaxation in the minimum age.
- Proof of Age : Submit a self-attested copy of the relevant school record (SSLC/ICSE/CBSE certificate) or a birth certificate at the time of admission.
Eligibility for Admission (M.Sc Nursing) :
Academic Requirements :
- Degree : Passed regular B.Sc Nursing with at least 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
- Experience :
- B.Sc Nursing : One year experience / internship post-registration with Nursing Council.
- Post Basic B.Sc Nursing : One year experience before or after Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, with registration in the respective State Nursing Council.
- Registration : Valid registration from Kerala Nurses & Midwives Council (KNMC). Candidates with other State Council registrations must produce KNMC registration at the time of admission.
- Recognition Certificate : Candidates from universities outside Kerala must provide a certificate of recognition and equivalency from KUHS Thrissur at the time of the admission interview.
Eligibility for Admission to P.B.B.Sc. Nursing :
Academic Requirements :
- Passed INC-approved General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) Course (3 or 3½ years) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
- Must have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in 10+2.
Professional Requirements : Registered as a Nurse & Midwife with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
Preparation of Merit List :
1. Management Seats (35%): These seats will be filled based on the merit list prepared by PNCMAK, considering the marks obtained in the core subjects of the qualifying examination.
2. NRI Seats (15% of total seats): Filled as per G.O (MS) No.243/ 2014/ HRFWD dated 6.08.2014 of the Govt. of Kerala.

- Supervised by the Admission Supervisory Committee (ASC).
- Allotment based on candidate options, rank lists, and marks secured.
Community Quota :
- Minority community selections follow the Honorable Supreme Court’s directives.
- Percentage of reserved seats for minority community is detailed in Annexure.
- Eligibility relaxation or community claims must be supported with required documents at the time of admission.
