PM Kisan Nidhi Eligibility :
Landholding Farmers : Open to all landholding farmer families owning cultivable land as per state or union territory records.
Family Unit : Benefit provided to the family, defined as husband, wife, and minor children.
Exclusions : Certain higher-income earners are excluded, including
- Institutional landholders.
- Families with members who are:
- Current or former holders of constitutional posts.
- Current or former Ministers/State Ministers.
- Current or former Members of Lok Sabha / Rajya Sabha / State Legislative Assemblies / State Legislative Councils.
