The goal is to complete this program by 2024, and it is implemented in 2 phases. For home construction financing, the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) scheme offers qualified borrowers a lower interest rate. The last date to apply for this program is 31st December 2024. • Click on the “Citizen Assessment” option on the homepage.
• From the drop-down menu, select “Apply Online.”

• Opt for the “In Situ Slum Redevelopment (ISSR)” option for your PMAY 2024 application.

• Go to the official PMAY website : pmaymis.gov.in
• Choose “Search Beneficiary” followed by “Beneficiary wise funds released.”
• Enter your mobile number.
• Click on “Send OTP” to receive a verification code.
• Enter the OTP for verification.
• Upon successful verification, view the details of funds released on your screen.

Steps to check PMAYG and PMAYU Beneficiary List 2024 :

• Visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana at pmayg.nic.in or pmaymis.gov.in.
• Choose the option labeled “Scheme List” or “Beneficiary List” from the menu.
• Select your state, district, and other required details.
• Enter application information such as the application number and registration number.
• Click on the “Search” or “Check” button.
• Your name and other relevant information will then displayed on the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana beneficiary list, allowing you to verify your identity or the presence of any other individual’s name on the list.

To apply for PMAY offline :

• Go to a Common Service Center (CSC) in your state or union territory.
• You will need to fill out the application form provided by the officials and submit it with a fee of Rs. 25 plus GST.
• It’s important to remember that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MOHUA) has not permitted any private individuals or organizations to collect this fee.

Status of your PMAY application :

To check the status of your PMAY application online, there are two methods available :

1. By Assessment ID : Visit the PMAY website at pmaymis.gov.in. Navigate to the ‘Citizen Application’ section and click on ‘Check Status’. Select ‘By Assessment ID’. Enter your Assessment ID and the Mobile Number you used when submitting the form. Click ‘Submit’ to see your application status.
2. By Personal Details : Go to the PMAY website at pmaymis.gov.in. In the ‘Citizen Application’ section, click on ‘Check Status’. Choose the ‘By Name, Father’s Name & Mobile No’ option. Fill in your State, District, and City information, along with your Name, Father’s Name, and Mobile Number. Click ‘Submit’ to check your application status.
