Registration Form :

To register, follow these steps to fill out the registration form :

• Choose the appropriate scheme from the dropdown menu, enter your name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, email, mobile number, password, and confirm your password.
• Enter the captcha for verification.
• After completing all required fields, click the “Register” button to finish your registration.
  Once registration is successful, a pop-up will show your User ID for logging in.

To sign in, users should :

• Enter their User ID, password, and captcha in the designated fields.
• Click the Sign In option to proceed.

Forgot Password :

If a user forgets their password, they should :

• Enter their User ID in the specified field and click the ‘Forgot Password’ button.
• Provide their Registration ID and date of birth, fill in the captcha, and click the “Submit” button.
• Clicking the “click here” link will display the login page.
  Users will then reset their password and confirm it before clicking the submit button to change their password.

• Disability certificate for individuals with physical disabilities (Blindness, low vision, Deaf, hard of hearing, Locomotor disabilities including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims, muscular dystrophy, Autism, Intellectual disability, specific learning disabilities, mental illness, and Multiple disabilities among deaf-blind individuals) with 40% disability or more; not required for those without disabilities.
