The Supreme Court is currently hearing three petitions challenging the grant of grace marks and addressing suspicions of paper leaks. In Kolkata, medical students and junior doctors, organised under the banner of the Trinamool Congress Medical Cell, are protesting against alleged irregularities in the NEET -UG 2024 entrance examination results.
The grace marks awarded to 1,563 candidates for the NEET UG 2024 exams have been revoked. These candidates will have the option to either take a re-exam or retain their original scores from before the grace marks were granted. The date for the NEET 2024 re – exam will be announced today, with the retest likely scheduled for June 23. The results of the retest are expected to be released by June 30.
