The Madhya Pradesh Police Service Board conducted the written examination for Constable Posts in August 2023, announcing 7,090 vacancies. Following the successful completion of the first stage, MP Police has now scheduled the PET (Physical Efficiency Test) and PST (Physical Standard Test) from 23rd September to 9th November 2024. Approximately 58,730 candidates who qualified the written test, representing seven times the total number of vacancies, are eligible to participate in these physical tests. Police Constable Recruitment Exam-2023 :

The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the direct recruitment of Constables in the Executive category under the Police Headquarters Home Police Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, will be conducted in 10 cities of the state – Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Ujjain, Sagar, Rewa, Balaghat, Morena, and Ratlam – from 23.09.2024 to 09.11.2024. MP Police Constable Physical Test 2024 :

A. Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

  • The PET consists of two parts: physical efficiency test and physical standard test.
  • For Constable (GD) posts, marks obtained in the physical efficiency test contribute to the final selection criteria, along with marks from the first stage.
  • Candidates must achieve a minimum of 30% marks (30 marks out of 100) in the physical efficiency test to qualify.
  • For Operator-Radio posts, the physical efficiency test is qualifying in nature, with no marks added to the final selection list.
  • The minimum qualifying mark for radio operator posts is 20% (8 marks out of 40).

B. Physical Standard Test (PST):

  • Details regarding the physical standard test requirements will be provided separately.
  • PST is also an essential part of the selection process for Constable posts.
