Verification of Guest Teacher’s Entered Panel Information by the School Principal :
- By the School Principal : Log in to the GFMS Portal and navigate to the Verification Module.
- Click on the Verification Module to proceed.
- After accessing the Verification Module, the screen will display options. Choose “Claim Form Panel Verifications.”
- Select “Claim Form Panel Verifications” to proceed.
- Enter the user name (mobile number) as recorded in the guest teacher’s scorecard to verify the entered panel information.
Verification of Applicants’ Passed TET Qualification :
- By the School Principal : Log in to the GFMS Portal and click on the Verification Module to proceed.
- After clicking on the Verification Module, the screen will display options. Click on “TET Qualification Verifications.”
- Upon selecting “TET Qualification Verifications,” the screen will show the following:
- Enter the user’s mobile number and date of birth as recorded in the guest teacher’s scorecard.
- Click on “Get Applicant Details.”
- After clicking on “Get Applicant Details,” the screen will display the entered applicant information for verification by the school principal.
Updating Information Regarding MP TET Qualification :
- Applicant Action : Log in to the GFMS Portal via – gfms.mp.gov.in.
- After logging in, the screen will display options. Click on “Add TET Qualification” under Guest Teacher Panel and TET Qualification Updation on GFMS Portal.
- Next, the screen will show options where you can enter information for qualifying MP TET exams in 2018/2020/2023 and update accordingly.
- If an applicant has cleared more than one examination, click on the “+” button to enter the details.
Verification of MP TET Qualification :
School Principal’s Action : After updating MP TET qualification information online through the GFMS Portal, it is mandatory to verify it with the school principal. This information is available on the MP Gyan Deep platform.
Guest Teacher Panel and TET qualification on GFMS Portal :
- DPI extended verification deadline to March 16, 2024, for TET qualification and panel updates by school principals.
- DPI issued directives (Order No. / Guest Teacher / 2024 / 31 Bhopal, dated 29/02/24) for updating guest teacher information.
- Guest teachers should log in to GFMS Portal to update their experience certificates.
- They must input their Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) qualification details on GFMS Portal.
- School principals must verify updated panel and TET qualification information.
- DPI’s directive (dated 04 /03 /2024) notes that panels of guest teachers before the 2018-19 academic year aren’t on GFMS Portal.
- If their information isn’t available, panels of guest teachers from before and after 2018-19 should be added to GFMS Portal.
- Verified experience claims by school principals and district education officers should update active panel details and MP TET information on GFMS.
