It was established on October 2, 2021. In addition to lowering premium rates for city dwellers and providing for pre-1971 refugees, this phase does away with the need for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Adivasis, Tea Tribes, and Gorkhas to demonstrate three generations of ancestry in order to obtain land rights.

The program uses cutting-edge technologies like the Digidoc system to increase transparency and cut down on bureaucratic red tape, giving locals secure land ownership and reflecting the government’s dedication to “Jati-Mati-Bheti” (community, land, homeland).
