NOTE-It offers only 2 Courses MSc and M.A.
- For MSc: B.Sc. qualifying grades in the relevant fields: English, Political Science, Botany, Microbiology, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Mathematics, and Botany.
- For B.A: Applicants must have a minimum of 50% in their cumulative marks as a bachelor’s in arts. Merit account for sixty percent of the overall intake.
- The college conduct an entrance exam for the remaining 40% percent of seats.
For research assistance toward Ph.D. degrees in the departments of physics, microbiology, geography, and zoology, candidates may register under faculty members. Under these circumstances, Calcutta confers the degree.
