Kc Das Commerce College Registration Process :

• Click on “Register Here” to begin the registration process for filling out the application form.
  • Use a unique contact number and email address for registration; each can used only once.
  • Choose and set your own password for the registration.
  • An OTP will sent to the provided contact number for verification.
  • Enter the OTP to verify and complete the registration process.
• Upon successful registration, access the Student Portal using the registered contact number and password to fill out the application form.

Important Notes :

• Admission is solely based on merit and complies with Government Reservation Rules.
• The list of selected students will announced on the College Website after verification by the Admission Committee.
• Applicants must refrain from providing false information during form filling. Admission will rejected if false information is detected.

• 2% for individuals involved in sports recognized by IOA/SAI and who have also represented their District/State, etc.

• 1% for participants in NCC/NSS/Scouts & Guides
• 1% for students who have excelled in cultural activities.

• One passport-size photograph in .jpg / jpeg format, maximum size 200 KB.
• Qualifying Marksheet and relevant certificates or documents in .jpg /.jpeg format, maximum size 500 KB each.
• Domicile Certificate (Birth Certificate / PRC / Aadhar Card).
• Caste Certificate.
• BPL Certificate if annual income is less than 2 Lakhs. (Beneficiary Page of Ration Card, Income Certificate issued by Circle Office or Mouzadaar). ** No Affidavit will accepted as proof of Income Certificate.
• EWS Certificate (Income & Asset Certificate) issued by competent authority.
• Music & Culture if applicable (Only Achievement Certificates of last 4 Yrs will accepted. No Degree/Diploma Certificates will accepted).
• NCC/NSS/Scouts & Guides Certificate.
• Freedom Fighter Certificate if applicable (Tamra Patra or Certificate from D.C. regarding the relationship of the candidate with the Freedom Fighter).
• Disability Certificate if applicable.
• First Page of Bank Passbook consisting of Account details (Account Holder’s name, Ac. No., IFSC etc.).

Bachelor of Commerce	750	3 Years	A student who has passed Pre- /Pre-Degree /Higher Secondary Examination in Arts / Science / Commerce or any other equivalent examination.
Bachelor of Business Administration	60	3 Years	A student who has passed the Higher Secondary Examination in Arts, Science or Commerce of the Assam Higher Secondary Council (AHSEC) or any Board or Council recognized by Gauhati . A student who has passed the three year Diploma Course in Engineering recognized by Gauhati and having obtained at least 50% marks.
Bachelor of Computer Applications	25	3 Years	A student who has passed the Higher Secondary Examination in Arts, Science or Commerce.
Bachelor of Science with Eco-Stats-Maths Combination	50	3 Years	A student who has passed the Pre /Pre Degree Examination/ Higher Secondary Examination or any other equivalent examination from any recognized .
Bachelor of Arts with Economics Honours	30	3 Years	Only students who have passed Mathematics at the class 12 level are eligible for admission. However not to deprive students in Higher Secondary without Mathematics as one subject and who have been considering opting for Economics course, this eligibility criterion will in force only from the third year of implementation of the syllabus.
Master of Commerce	60	2 Years	A student who has passed the B.Com. Examination (three year course) of the Gauhati with Major or any other is eligible for admission into M.Com. 1st semester class. M.Com 1st Semester admission will take place immediately after the declaration of B.Com. Six semester result.
Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application	40	1 Year	A student who has passed the Degree Examination from any recognized .

Online Application Process :

• To begin the online form fill-up process, applicants must register on the College portal.
• Each contact number and email can only used once for registration.
• Applicants need to create their own password during registration.
• An OTP will sent to the provided contact number for verification.
• Upon successful registration, applicants can log in to the Applicants’ Portal using their contact number and password to fill up the application form.
• The list of selected students will sent through SMS to their registered mobile number and will also available on the College website.
• Those shortlisted for admission on a specific date must compulsorily complete the admission process on that date. Failure to do so will result in the seat being given to the next deserving candidate on the subsequent date.
• No claims will entertained by the College authority if applicants fail to take admission on the specified date for any reason.
• Applicants who are not selected after all seats have been filled will not have any claim regarding admission. The College’s decision will final and binding in all respects.
