What is Jeevan Rekha Kerala ?
In Kerala, the government provides Social Security Pensions to eligible citizens, including seniors, widows, and people with disabilities. Pensioners must submit a life certificate annually. The Aadhaar card and advancements in technology enable biometric authentication for verifying individuals. Using the Jeevan Rekha Portal, Akshaya Kendra, or designated service centers, pensioners can easily apply for biometric authentication.

Eligibility Criteria for Jeevan Rekha Kerala :
- Applicants must be residents of Kerala.
- Possession of an Aadhar card is mandatory for portal registration.
- Users must be Indian citizens.

Steps to Register on the Jeevan Rekha Kerala Portal :
- Visit the official website of Jeevan Rekha Kerala Portal : jeevanrekha.kerala.gov.in
- Click on the “Support User Register” tab on the homepage.
- Fill out the registration form with details such as Service Provider Type, Service Provider Id, Service Provider Name, Username, Password, Mobile Number, Email id, Panchayat/Corporation, District, etc.
- Click on the “Register” button to complete the registration process.
Steps for Support User Login :
- Visit the official website of the portal : jeevanrekha.kerala.gov.in
- Click on the “Support User Login” tab on the homepage.
- Enter your username, password, and the captcha code on the login page.
- Click on the “Login” button to access your registered account.
Biometric Authentication Process :
Upon successful login of the Pensioner, the Biometric Authentication section will be visible on the screen.
- If the Pensioner has authenticated within the past year, a message “Authentication Already Done” will appear upon clicking the Submit button on the pensioner login page.
- If authentication is not done within the past year, the Biometric Authentication section will be displayed.
- Click on the “Capture For Auth” button to capture fingerprints or iris using the respective scanning device. After successful capture, click the Submit button.
- Upon successful authentication, a message “Authentication Success” will be displayed on the success page.
- Click on the “GenerateCertificate” button located on the top right corner of the Success page to obtain the Authentication Certificate for the valid pensioner.
- If authentication fails, an “Authentication Error” message will be displayed on the page.
- To check the authentication certificate status, go to the homepage and click on the “Click here for Sevana Pension” link. Then, click on the “പെന്ഷന് തിരച്ചില് (Pension Search)” link to search using Pensioner ID, Aadhaar number, or Account number.
Viewing Reports :
- Click on the “SupportUserReport” option in the Reports menu at the top left corner of the SupportLoginSuccess page to access the “Support User Authentication Count Report”.
- Enter Service Provider ID, Mobile Number, From Date, and To Date, then click the Submit button.
- Any errors will display an error message; otherwise, the report based on the selected date and details will be shown. Users can view and download the PDF report.
- Click on the “AuthenticationReport” option in the Reports menu at the top left corner of the SupportLoginSuccess page to access the “Panchayat wise Authentication Count Report”.
- Enter From Date, To Date, and District, then click the Search button.
- The Panchayat wise Authentication Count will display in a tabular form. Click on the PDF icon at the top of the page to view and download the PDF report.
- Click on the “panchayat Akshaya wise Authentication Count” to view the count in a tabular form. Click on the PDF icon at the top of the page to view and download the PDF report.
