Each year, IBPS invites applications from banking aspirants for positions such as Probationary Officer (PO), Officer Scale II & III, and Office Assistants (Clerks) in participating RRBs across the country. For FY 2024-25, the IBPS RRB notification PDF was released on 7th June 2024, announcing 10,171 vacancies. The registration process is scheduled to take place from 7th to 27th June 2024.

Procedure for Applying Online :
  1. Access IBPS Website:
    • Visit the official IBPS website: ibps.in.
    • Navigate to “CRP for RRBs” and select either “Apply Online for CRP-RRBs-Officers” or “Apply Online for CRP-RRBs-Office Assistants (Multipurpose)”.
  2. New Registration:
    • Click “Click Here for New Registration”.
    • Enter basic information to generate a provisional registration number and password.
    • Note down the provisional registration number and password received via Email & SMS.
  3. Upload Documents:
    • Upload the following as per specifications:
      • Photograph
      • Signature
      • Left thumb impression
      • Handwritten declaration
      • Relevant certificate (for eligible candidates)
      • Photograph captured through webcam or mobile phone during registration.
  4. Fill and Verify Application:
    • Carefully fill out the online application form.
    • Use the “Save and Next” feature to review and modify details if needed.
    • Finalize the application by clicking “Complete Registration”; no changes allowed post submission.
    • Visually impaired candidates must ensure all details are correctly verified.
  5. Select State / UT for Provisional Allotment:
    • For Office Assistants (Multipurpose) and Officers Scale I, select the preferred State/Union Territory for provisional allotment.
    • This selection is irrevocable.

IBPS RRB 2024 Eligibility Criteria :
  • Nationality: Indian citizen, Nepal / Bhutan subject, Tibetan Refugee, or person of Indian origin with specific migration history.
  • Age Limit:
    • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 years
    • Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 18 to 30 years
    • Officer Scale-II (Manager): 21 to 32 years
    • Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): 21 to 40 years
  • Language Proficiency: Required local language proficiency for Office Assistant position.
