The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has recently announced the recruitment of 3069 Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) for the Department, Government of Haryana. Haryana PGT Applying Online :

1. Online Registration

Haryana HPSC PGT Teacher Eligibility :

Eligibility Conditions (Nationality):

• Candidates applying for this recruitment must meet one of the following criteria:
  • A citizen of India.
  • A subject of Nepal.
  • A subject of Bhutan.
  • A Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, intending to settle permanently.
  • A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanent settlement in India.
• Candidates falling under categories (b), (c), (d), and (e) must possess a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

Age Limits:

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not more than 42 years old as of the closing date for online application submission to the commission, which is 14th August 2024.
• Age relaxation rules apply as per government norms for specified categories.

al Qualifications :

• Candidates should have completed Matriculation with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2 /B.A. /M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
• A consistent good academic record is required, with at least 50% marks in a Master’s degree (M.A., M.Sc, M.Com, etc.) in the relevant discipline.
• Candidates must also possess a B.Ed degree from a recognised university.

Teacher Eligibility Test : Applicants must hold a valid certificate of having qualified the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) or School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET).

Application Rejection Criteria : Failure to meet any of the above eligibility criteria will result in the rejection of the application form.
