- Mobile Numbers (Own & NOK).
- Six single photos (color).
- Four joint photos with NOK (color).
- Character certificate issued by a Gazetted Officer on or after January 1, 2024.
- Birth and certificates in original along with three photocopies of each duly attested.
- Police verification certificate from the nearest police station in original not earlier than February 1, 2024.
- Ensure that Pradhan Mantri Jiwan Jyoti Beema Yojna ‘PMJJBY’ policy has already taken by the individual. The candidate will carry a copy of that installment deduction summary.
