Stage 1 : Filling Online Application Form

• Read the eligibility criteria and instructions carefully.
• Have a recent passport-sized photo ready (Max size: 100kb, jpg/jpeg format).
• Use your name as per the 12th mark sheet; for Tamil names, you can use Google Translator.
• CBSE Board students skip Part I language mark.
• Other board students can add major subjects by clicking “Add Row.”
• Choose correct subjects from given options.
• Double-check filled details before saving; once saved, the application cannot edited.
• Provide a valid mobile number and email ID for admission notifications.
• After saving, your application number will sent via SMS and Email.

Stage 2 : Payment of Application Fee Online

• Upon submission, an unique application reference number will generated.
• You’ll receive SMS and email with the reference number and password.
• Accept terms and conditions and proceed to pay online.
• Make payment using Net banking, Credit, or Debit cards.
• Receive SMS and email confirmation upon successful payment.

Stage 3 : Track Your Application

• Verify current application status.
• Download application only after successful payment.
• Use the application reference number and password sent to you via SMS and email to check status.
• If payment is not received, it will show as “not paid”; wait for some time for automatic update.
• If amount is debited, wait for update; if not debited, make another transaction.
• Before payment, download application form by clicking “Application Form Download” button.

Instructions for applying to Various Courses :

• Candidates can apply for as many courses as they want in Aided and Self-Supporting Streams.
• They need to apply separately for Aided and Self-Supporting Streams.
• When applying, candidates must give a valid email ID and mobile number.
• They must upload a recent photograph with specific dimensions and file size. Photos in school uniforms or selfies won’t accepted.
• Applicants can apply by paying a fee of Rs. 100 online.
• SC/ST candidates applying for the Aided stream will get their fee reimbursed after submitting necessary documents.
• The application should complete.
• Only completed applications with qualifying exam marks will considered.
• Changes in the application won’t allowed after submission.
• The college won’t responsible for any problems due to incorrect or incomplete information.
• Submitting an application doesn’t guarantee a seat.
• Candidates wanting hostel accommodation should fill out a separate form after paying college fees.
• Payment for fees is online only for Aided and Self-Supporting Courses.

Applying for Masters Courses / PG Courses in Ethiraj College :

1. Access College Website : Go to the Ethiraj College website: ethirajcollege.edu.in .

2. Navigate to Admissions : Click on “Admissions” and hover over “APPLY NOW”.

3. Choose Application Type : Select either “MBA APPLICATIONS” or “MCA APPLICATIONS”.

4. Registration : Register with Name, Email ID, and Date of Birth.

5. Access Application Forms :Review General Instructions and Prospectus.
Access the MBA or MCA Application Form.

6. Fill Application Form

• Enter details in the application form.
• Upload a recent passport-sized photo.

7. Upload Documents

• Upload parent and student signatures.
• Upload 10th and 12th standard mark sheets.
• Upload UG semester mark sheets (combined in a single PDF).
• Provide Community Certificate.
• Upload TANCET hall ticket and mark sheet.

8. Payment

• Proceed to pay the registration fees online.
• After successful payment, download and save the application form for future reference.

Guidelines for Application :

• Ensure a valid email ID and mobile number for communication.
• Upload a recent passport-sized photo (100kb, jpg/gif format).
• Make online payment through Net banking, Credit, or Debit cards.
• Double-check all details before saving the application form; edits are not allowed.

• College is not responsible for consequences of incorrect/incomplete details.
