The TS DOST 2025 application form was released by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) in May. TS DOST 2025 offers admissions to various undergraduate programs which includes courses like BA, B.Com (Vocational), B.Com (Hons), BSW, BBM, BCA, and more.

Within the specified deadline, applicants who are shortlisted must report to their allotted colleges.  Candidates can register through the official website at dost.cgg.gov.in and submit their applications by May 21. The TS DOST web options 2025 allows candidates to exercise their preferences which are available from May 10 to May 22. It is advised that before applying students should carefully review the eligibility criteria. The DOST seat allotment for Phase 1 are scheduled to announce on May 29.

TS DOST Eligibility Criteria 2025

General Eligibility Criteria:

• Before filling out the TS DOST 2025 application form, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria .

• hrough BIETS or another corresponding board, one must clear the qualifying exam.

Eligibility Criteria for Different Courses:

• B.A. or B.Com:

  • Clearing the intermediate (vocational) medical lab technology course makes candidates eligible for admission to B.A. or B.Com courses (except for those pursuing a ‘Bridge course’).

• B.Sc:

  • In the subject they wish to pursue at the undergraduate level, applicants must have passed the qualifying examination with at least 40%.

  • Candidates from streams like arts or commerce streams are not eligible for B.Sc courses.

• B.A., B.Com, BSW, BBA, BBM, BCA:

  • Students who clear the qualifying exam in any science, arts, or commerce stream are eligible to apply for these programs.

• BSW (Bachelor of Social Work):

  • Applicants must score at least 40% in the qualifying exam.

• TS DOST admission process started on May 3, 2025.

• Application Deadline: Before the last date, candidates must complete the application process .

• Registration:

  • Register is a must using an active email address and phone number.

  • Candidates will receive a DOST ID login, which should be kept safe, after registration.

• Documents Upload:

  • During the application process, candidates are required to upload scanned copies of supporting documents.

  • As part of the process, DOST 2025 application fees will be required.

General DOST 2025: Eligibility Criteria

• From BIETS or an equivalent board, candidates must pass the qualifying exam.

• Applicants from other boards, other than BIETS, CBSE, or ICSE are required to submit their BIETS Eligibility Certificate.

• Preference is given to applicants who have passed their qualifying exam on their first attempt.

• Release Date:

  • For Phase 1, the DOST 2025 seat allotment  scheduled to publish on May 29, 2025 by TSCHE.

• Seat Allotment Criteria:

  • Candidates are allotted seats based on:

    • Performances in the qualifying exam

    • Category of the candidates

• Seat Allotment Confirmation : 

  • Candidates must self-report online and pay a confirmation fee to confirm their allotted seat.

  • After confirming, candidates need to visit the allotted college in person within the specified period.

• Option for Seat Reallocation:

  • If candidates are dissatisfied with their allotment, they can pay a fee for seat reservations and participate in the special phase using the web options again.

Steps to Check TS DOST Seat Allotment Result 2025

1. Go to the official website: dost.cgg.gov.in

2. Search for the DOST seat allotment result 2025 option and select it.

3. With seat allotment details a list will appear on the screen .

4. Check and download your seat allotment list which contains your name.

5. For reporting to the allotted college along with the necessary documents, carry the allotment letter.

 Required Documents for Self-Reporting TS DOST Seat Allotment 2025

When reporting to their allotted college, candidates must have the following documents :

• SSC Marksheet

• Transfer Certificate (issued by the last attended institution)

• Self-reporting allotment slip

• Migration Certificate (if applicable)

• Income Certificate

• Category Certificate (if applicable)

• Bonafide and Study Certificate (from Class 4 to Intermediate level)

• Certificate for any Bridge Courses (if applicable)

• Conduct Certificate (issued by the proper authority)

• Certificate of Equivalency (if applicable)

1. Pre-Registration and DOST ID Generation

• Visit the official TS DOST website: dost.cgg.gov.in.

• Complete the pre-registration form and generate your DOST ID.

• For TSBIE students, pre-registration can also be done using the DOST App or T App Folio.

2. Login and Application Completion

• Log in to the DOST portal using your DOST ID and 6-digit PIN.

• Upload scanned copies of all the required documents, including:

  • Passport-sized photograph (scanned, less than 100 KB)

  • Aadhaar card (scanned, less than 100 KB)

• Fill in your academic details, such as:

  • Intermediate marks

  • SSC hall ticket number

• Provide your personal information which includes:

  • Mother’s name

  • Blood group

  • Identification marks

• Upload certificates for special categories such as NCC, Sports, or PH if applicable.

3. Web Options and Seat Allotment

• Select web options to choose preferred colleges and courses, after submitting your application, .

• The system will display subject combinations based on your selections.

• Seat allotment is determined by merit and your web options.

4. Online Self-Reporting

• Students who are allotted seats must pay the online self-reporting fee:

  • For private colleges with ePass eligibility- Rs. 500

  • For other colleges – Rs. 1000

• The fee payment and reporting process is completed online.
