Cits Nimi Online Admission 2024-25
Central Institutes under DGT, such as NSTIs and IToTs, offer courses aimed at enhancing and elevating the training standards of current instructors in ITIs and industry. Additionally, these courses cater to individuals aspiring to pursue a career as successful instructors in Industrial Training Institutes. Admission to private IToTs is also facilitated through this entrance test.
Admissions to courses under the Craft Instructor Training Scheme (CITS) at National Skill Training Institutes (NSTIs) and Institute for Training of Trainers (ITOTs) for the academic session 2024-25 will facilitated through the All India Common Entrance Test (AICET), which is scheduled to take place in July 2024. Eligible candidates are invited to apply for the Computer Based Test (online) on starting from June 2024 to participate in the entrance test at various centres nationwide. Cits (Nimi) Online Application :
- Step 1 : Click on the ‘Register’ link.
- Step 2 : Fill in your user details in the registration form and click ‘Register’.
- Step 3 : Enter your UserID and Password on the login page and click ‘Login’.
- Step 4 : Enter the OTP received in your email and mobile, then click ‘Submit’.
- Step 5 : Fill in your personal details and click ‘Submit’.
- Step 6 : Enter your academic and technical qualification details, then click ‘Submit’.
- Step 7 : Upload required documents such as photo with signature, community certificate, 8th/10th certificate, NCVT/Diploma/Degree certificate, and Ex-Ser /PH /EWS certificate.
- Step 8 : Select the trade from the dropdown menu and click ‘Select Course’.
- Step 9 : Use the ‘Edit Icon’ to make any necessary changes to the entered and uploaded details. Note: Once the fees are paid, editing the form is not possible.
- Step 10 : Verify billing details and click ‘Click here’ to pay the registration fees.
- Step 11 : Choose the payment mode and complete the payment.
- Your application is successfully submitted.
Application Fee :
- General / OBC : ₹500/-
- SC / ST / PH / EWS / Women candidates : ₹300/-
- Pay the Examination Fee Through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking.
Eligibility Qualification :
NTC/NAC (NCVT certificate in relevant trade) or Diploma / Degree from a recognized Board of Technical / or equivalent.
SCVT candidates are also eligible.
CoE candidates are NOT eligible.
Candidates appearing in the entry qualification exam are not eligible for CITS admission.
CITS Admission Age Limit 2024-25 :
Age limit : Minimum 14 years, No upper age limit.
Reservation of Seats : As per Central Government Reservation Norms.

Counselling Fee 2024-25 :
- The counselling fee is Rs. 1000, which is non-refundable.
- Counselling fee will adjusted in the admission fee for candidates who have taken admission in any phase of counselling.
- Only candidates who have paid the counselling fee will considered for counselling.
