Check How to Enter Student Information on the Portal ?
Step 1 : Access the Portal
- Open the browser on your Android mobile device.
- Type shiksha.cg.nic.in or cgschool.in in the search bar and press Enter.
- The home page of the education portal will appear.
- You will see interfaces for Total Government Schools, Total Private Schools, Total Students (Government Schools), and Total Students (Private Schools).
- Click on the Login option located at the top of the page.
3rd Step : Log In
- Clicking on Login will open the ID and password entry page.
- Enter your CG School ID and password to log in.
Step 4: Access Student Entry
- After logging in, a new page with a welcome message will appear.
- Look for the options in red text: Activities under पढ़ई तुंहर पारा, Student Entry, and Academic Inspection.
- Click on Student Entry.
Step 5: Re-login if Needed
- A new page with the Chhattisgarh Government logo and Student Entry interface will be displayed.
- Click on Login again, scroll up if necessary to see the ID and password entry fields.
- Re-enter your ID and password and click Login.
6th Step : Open Student Entry Page
- After logging in, a new page with the teacher’s profile photo will appear.
- Click on the three lines in the upper left corner to open the menu.
- Select Student Entry from the menu.
Step 7 : Enter Student Information
- A new page will open for entering student information.
- Select the class and section (e.g., Class A) and carefully fill in the student details in the provided fields.
- Mandatory fields will be marked with a red star. These fields must be filled out. Non-mandatory fields can be left blank if not applicable.
- For the caste certificate query, select Yes if the certificate is made for general category students. For SC/ST/OBC students, choose Yes if the certificate is available, and No if it is not.
- After entering all the information, click Save/Submit to secure the details.
