How to Create an AP CFMS Challan ?

  1. Visit the CFMS Site : Go to the official site: cfms.ap.gov.in.
  2. Access Citizen Services : On the homepage, locate the ‘Citizen Services’ box in the lower-left corner.
  3. Select Receipts Links : Click on ‘Receipts Links’ from the ‘Citizen Services’ box. From the drop-down list, choose ‘Citizen Challan’.
  4. Create Citizen Challan : A new window titled ‘Citizen Challan Creation’ will open. Select the relevant department and type of service (e.g., ‘Land Administration Department’ for ‘Water Tax’).
  5. Fill in Details : Additional fields like HOA, District, Treasury, DDO code will appear. Provide further details: purpose of challan, remitter name, ID, address, mobile number, email, amount in Rs., and amount in words.
  6. Complete Captcha and Select Payment Mode : Enter the captcha code. Choose the payment mode: Manual Payment or e-payment.
  7. Acknowledgment Slip :
    • Manual Payment : An acknowledgment slip with CFMS transaction ID, total amount, bank reference number, and bank status (pending) will appear. Take this slip to the nearest e-seva center for payment.
    • E-payment : An acknowledgment slip will be generated after payment.
