Online Method :

• Visit the Beneficiary NHA website to begin the application.
• Login using your mobile number and OTP.
• Fill in your personal details, including your state, district, Aadhaar number, PMJAY ID, and Family ID.
• Click on “Action” to continue with the application.
• Complete the KYC using the Aadhaar OTP and upload a recent photo.
• Provide additional details like village, PIN code, mobile number, and date of birth.
• Click “Submit” to finish your application. After approval, you can download the Ayushman Vaya Vandana Card.

Offline Registration Process :
