The Association of the Managements of Christian Self-Financing Nursing Colleges of Kerala (AMCSFNCK) was established in 2005 to streamline nursing admissions. It offers B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, and M.Sc Nursing programs, adhering to Indian Nursing Council and Kerala of Health Sciences guidelines. How to apply for AMCSFNCK 2024 (Offline)?
- All applications must submitted ONLINE only on the Association’s website amcsfnck.com.
- Physical documents should NOT submitted at the office.
- Illegible documents will result in the rejection of the application.
- Each applicant should submit only one single application to the association. College choices should made at the time of college option registration after the publication of the provisional rank list.
- The application fee can paid either through an online payment gateway or South Indian Bank Challan.
- For online payment, candidates can click the relevant link on the application page of the AMCSFNCK website after login and enter their details.
- For South Indian Bank Challan, candidates can generate it after login and deposit the fee at any South Indian Bank Branch. Details of the transaction date and branch should uploaded along with the scanned copy of the challan.
- The application process can completed in three steps :
- Register into the AMCSFNCK admission portal using a valid email ID (preferably Gmail ID) and select the applicable nursing course (B.Sc or PB B.Sc or M.Sc).
- Access the portal using the provided password in the email or SMS sent to the registered mobile number to complete the online application form and submit it online.

Note: The application fee is Rs. 1,000/- for M.Sc Nursing and Rs. 850/- for both PB B.Sc Nursing and B.Sc Nursing. If paid through an online payment gateway, a receipt will provided. If paid through a South Indian Bank challan, the AMCSFNCK copy of the challan should submitted along with the online application form.
Apply for AMCSFNCK Admission 2024 (Online) :

- Create an account if you don’t have one, using a valid email address.
- Gather necessary documents: scanned copies of certificates and a recent passport-size photograph.
- Log in to your account and access the online application form.
- Fill in the form accurately and upload the required documents.
- Verify all information before submission.
- Submit the application once all details are correct.
- After the provisional rank list is published, select your preferred colleges during college option registration.
POST BASIC B.Sc NURSING Eligibility Requirements :
- Nationality : Candidates must Indian citizens or children/dependents of Non-Resident Indians.
- Academic Qualifications :
- Candidates should have passed the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Course of 3 or 3 1/2 years with 50% aggregate marks from an institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
- Candidates should have passed their Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (12 years course) or Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2) or equivalent with 12 years of schooling from a recognised board or university, with science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology).
- Duration of the programme is two years.
BSc Nursing Eligibility Requirements :

| Age Criteria | Applicants must at least 17 years old by December 31, 2023, and the maximum age limit for admission is 35 years. No age relaxation is allowed. |
| Duration of Programme | The programme duration is four years. |
M.Sc NURSING Eligibility Requirements :
- Nationality : Candidates must Indian citizens or children/dependents of Non-Resident Indians.
- Academic Qualifications :
- Candidates should have passed the regular Degree course in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing) with 55% aggregate marks from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
- Professional Registration : Candidates must a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (RNRM) with the Kerala Nurses & Midwives Council.
- Duration of Programme : The programme duration is two years.
- Employment Experience :
- Minimum one year of experience after Basic B.Sc Nursing or prior / after regular Post Basic B.Sc Nursing in a hospital with a minimum bed strength of 100 or in a School / College of Nursing with a Community Health Program is required.
- One year compulsory nursing service / internship after completing four years of B.Sc Nursing can considered as experience.
- Only experience acquired after registration with the nursing council will counted.
Procedure for Selection, Allotment & Admission :
- Open merit and category-wise rank lists will prepared based on the total percentage of marks obtained in the core subjects of the qualifying examination.
- The open merit rank list for M.Sc Nursing admission will based on the total percentage of marks obtained in the B.Sc/PB B.Sc Examination.
- For PB B.Sc Nursing, the open merit rank list will based on the total percentage of marks obtained in the GNM course.
- The open merit rank list for B.Sc Nursing will prepared based on the percentage of marks obtained in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (or equivalent science subjects) in the second year examination of the qualifying examination.
- Marks obtained in the qualifying exam will undergo a normalization process.

Note :
- The annual tuition fee for all colleges is Rs. 73,025/- for B.Sc Nursing and PB B.Sc Nursing, and Rs. 1,00,000/- for M.Sc Nursing.
- There is no admission fee for B.Sc Nursing and PB B.Sc Nursing, while it is Rs. 1,000/- for M.Sc Nursing.
- The caution deposit is Rs. 10,000/- for all courses.
- The special fee is Rs. 23,300/- for B.Sc Nursing and PB B.Sc Nursing, and Rs. 50,000/- for M.Sc Nursing.
Procedure of Spot Counselling, Allotment & Admission :
- Spot counselling, allotment, and admission will conducted in the open merit rank order to fill remaining vacant seats after online allotments.
- Centralized spot counselling will take place at a common venue, with details to notified on the AMCSFNCK website.
- Each college with vacancies will have its own counter at the counselling venue.
- Applicants will register their college preferences against available vacancies based on their merit order.
- Upon receiving allotment orders, applicants must submit original certificates, pay fees, and complete admission at the respective college counter on the spot.
- SC /ST /OEC candidates admitted through management category seats must pay normal fees, refundable if the government reimburses their fees.
- All original documents and certificates should submitted at the college desk during spot admission.
