Acpc Registration Schedule 2024
The announcement regarding the commencement of counselling for engineering courses (B.E./B.Tech.) for the academic session 2024-25 by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), known as GUJACPC, has been issued. The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) is responsible to oversee admissions to professional degree courses. These Committees are responsible for conducting counselling in a fair and transparent manner. Admission is strictly based on merit and the candidate’s preferences. Steps for ACPC Registration :
- Visit the official website of ACPC – acpc.gujarat.gov.in
- Click on the “NEW CANDIDATE REGISTRATION” button.
- If already registered, enter LOGIN ID & PASSWORD.
- Redirected to the registration page with specific instructions.
- Create User ID and password, followed by entering Security PIN.
- Click on SUBMIT.
- Confirm entered details and click YES.
- Proceed to FINAL SUBMIT.
- Mobile number verification with OTP.
- Enter OTP and Security PIN for verification.
- Receive confirmation SMS on registered mobile.
Steps for ACPC Application :
- Visit the official website of ACPC – acpc.gujarat.gov.in
- Enter personal details, including name, gender, nationality, etc.
- Upload necessary documents for category verification.
- Upload passport size photo and school leaving certificate.
- Verify uploaded documents and submit.
- Enter Class 12th or Equivalent Marks Details.
- Enter GUJCET or JEE(Main) Examination Details.
- Save & Next to proceed.
- Confirm payment completion.
- Application process is complete.
Eligibility Criteria for Various Colleges Under ACPC :

REGISTRATION PROCESS for Counselling :
- Begin by registering online through the GUJ ACPC website.
- Log in to your account and ensure completion of the Profile section, including uploading your Photograph and School Leaving Certificate.
- Access the Engineering application form.
- Provide your remaining Personal details and Qualification details, including your GUJCET and JEE exam information.
- Upload all necessary documents and proceed to submit the form.
- Complete the application process by paying the Registration Fees.

Merit List for Confirming Admission :
- ACPC will publish the merit list of all eligible candidates following the registration process.
- Subsequently, candidates will engage in online choice filling, where it’s recommended to select the maximum number of choices available for better admission prospects.
- The initial round of choice filling serves as a mock round. Candidates should adjust their choices based on the analysis provided or add more preferences.
- After the completion of choice filling for the actual round, ACPC will allocate admissions based on merit and the choices provided by the candidate.
- To confirm admission, candidates must pay a token fee through online payment methods.
- It’s compulsory to obtain the admission slip online after paying the token fee to confirm the allocated admission.

Filling-in of Choices :
- Visit the ACPC portal and log in using your credentials.
- Upon logging in, review all available choices based on eligibility criteria such as category, subcategory, gender, TFWS, etc.
- Prioritise academic programs carefully while selecting choices.
- Take advantage of mock seat allocations to maximise preferences.
Seat Acceptance :
- Candidates allocated seats must pay the token tuition fee online within the specified timeframe.
- Failure to deposit the fee by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of admission. Such candidates may participate in subsequent counseling rounds by providing online consent within the stipulated timeframe.
- Download the Admission Letter after completing the online fee payment.
Cancellation and Re-instatement of Admission :
- If a candidate wishes to cancel their admission within the prescribed schedule, they must click on “Admission Cancel” in the portal.
- To reinstate canceled admission, the candidate must provide consent by clicking on the “Re-Admission” button in the Admission Detail menu.
Next Round of Counselling :
- Following the first seat allotment, if any seats remain vacant, ACPC will announce them.
- If the Admission Committee decides to conduct another counseling round, candidates will be given a specific period to provide online consent for participation.
- During the next counseling round, candidates can upgrade their choices or fill new ones if desired.
- Candidates participating in the next round to upgrade their admission choice do not need to report to the previously allotted college.
- Candidates who were not allotted seats in the first counseling round must provide online consent to participate in subsequent rounds.
- Those allotted seats in the first round but still interested in further counseling can also participate by providing online consent.
