• Form Submission :
  • Use the application forms provided in Annexure A and B.
  • Print the blank application on A4 size white paper.
  • Follow the instructions for completing the application form found in Annexure C.
• Eligibility Verification :
  • Confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria as outlined in the Recruitment Rules by the specified cut-off dates.
  • Your candidacy remains provisional until your eligibility is verified.
• Admit Card :
  • Receiving the Admit Card does not confirm final acceptance of your application.

Submit to respective Divisional Heads /Head of Unit (for non-Postal Divisions) where they are serving.	The Department is not responsible for any delays. In the case of Pr. CCA /CCA offices, the Head of Unit is the Pr. CCA /CCA.

 

Verification and Compilation :

• Verification Process : Heads of Divisions/Units will check the details in the application forms with the DDO or service book custodian. They will sign in the indicated areas on the form.
• Forwarding Applications : Compile a list of applicants and send it to the relevant State Nodal Officers after verifying the information.

Eligibility Criteria Overview :

Special Considerations :

If juniors have finished their qualifying service, seniors can considered if :

• They are not lacking qualifying service by more than half or two years, whichever is less.
• They have completed their probation period successfully.
