New Process for Registration with the Nursing Council :

1. Start Registration : Click on the ‘New Registration’ link on the login page to begin making your profile. You will be taken to the ‘New Registration’ page.
2. Fill in Personal Details : Enter your Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number. Press the ‘Tab’ key to move on.
3. Verify Mobile Number : After pressing ‘Tab,’ a popup will ask you to confirm your mobile number. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your mobile for verification. Enter the OTP and click the Submit button.
4. Create Password : If the OTP is correct, you will go to the next step to set your password. Click the Submit button to continue.
5. Confirmation of Registration : Once registration is successful, a popup will confirm your registration. Click the ‘OK’ button to proceed.
6. Go to Login Page : After completing registration, click on the ‘Already Registered?’ button. You will be taken to the login page to log in.
7. Log In : Once on the login page, use the credentials you just created to log in.

Login Process :

• After signing up, the user goes to the login page to enter the portal.
• To log in, enter your new user ID and password.
• Complete the captcha verification.
• Click the ‘Sign In’ button. When logged in, you will see the home page.
• For reference, enter the user ID, password, and captcha before clicking ‘Sign In’ to go to the home page

Reciprocal Registration Certificate (RegCert) – Individual :

• After admin approval, you can download the Reciprocal Certificate.
• Click on Reciprocal RegCert Individual in the main menu under Download.
• A popup will appear once you select the Reciprocal RegCert option.
• Click on Export to PDF in the popup to download the certificate.
• After downloading, you can print the certificate for your records.

Forgot Password :

• This section explains how to get your password back if you forget it.
• Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page.
• You will be taken back to the login page.
• Enter your User ID and registered mobile number.
• Click Submit to get your password sent via SMS to your registered mobile number.
• If you can’t remember your password, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link and then enter your User ID and mobile number to receive your password.
