Aspiring students can now apply for various undergraduate courses offered by the college through the official website, dngc.ac.in. Online Application Process :
- Visit the college website at dngc.ac.in
- On the homepage, locate and click on the “Online Admission” tab.
- Choose the desired course (B.A / B.Com. / B.Sc.) from the “Select Program” option under the “Apply for Admission” tab.
- Input your mobile number and click on “Send New OTP” (Note: Use your own mobile number for communication purposes throughout the course).
- Enter the OTP received and proceed to access the online admission form.
- Fill in all the required details in the form and click on the “Next” button.
- Review all the information provided on the confirmation page.
- If all details are correct, click on “I Accept” and then on the “Confirm” button.
- To complete the form, make the online application fee payment on the payment page using Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking/UPI/GPay mode. Offline payment of application fees is not accepted.

Application Process for DNGC :
- Admission to B.A. / B.Com. / B.Sc. I Semester is exclusively through online mode.
- Online application submission begins immediately after the annual declaration of CBSE results.
- Eligibility is restricted to students who passed their class XII examination in 2019 with English as one of the subjects.
- Catchment Area students must secure a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) for B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Semester-I admission.
- Under the Open Quota, applicants for B.A. Sem. I need a minimum of 55% aggregate marks, while those for B.Com. Sem. I require a minimum of 45% aggregate marks, and for B.Sc. Sem. I, a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2).
- Personal appearance before the Admission Committee is mandatory for all applicants.
- Merit-based reservation includes two seats each for NCC and NSS volunteers.
- Detailed admission criteria are outlined in the Academic Session 2023-24 Prospectus. Applicants should review this carefully regarding procedure, seat reservation, catchment area, open quota, and subject combinations before completing the online form. Essential documents must furnished/uploaded during online submission, available only on dngc.ac.in.
- Forms and prospectuses for III & V Semesters will available after the declaration of the RGU result.
- No requests will entertained after the Last Date.
- For various courses, only subjects offered in the college considered for calculating the aggregate percentage for merit list preparation. For B.A. applicants, marks in English, History, Political Science, Economics, Geography, and Hindi are considered. For B.Sc. applicants, marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (for CBZ) or Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (for PCM) are considered.
