1. One Time Registration (OTR) :

Initial Registration :

• Visit the Bihar Public Service Commission’s online application website : onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in.

• A User Name and Password will be sent to you, which will also appear on your registered mobile number.

Existing Candidates :

• Candidates who have already registered for the 69th Combined Competitive Examination can log in using their User Name and Password from previous OTR.

Note: The User Name and Password from OTR will be valid for all future advertisements by the commission.

2. Application :

Logging In :

• After completing OTR, log in to onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in using your User Name and Password.
• Access the Active /Ongoing Advertisements link on your OTR Dashboard.

Filling Application :

• Select the advertisement you wish to apply for.
• Each advertisement will have its own online application dashboard.
• The application form will auto-fill some fields based on your OTR details.

Document Upload :

• Upload scanned copies of all required documents in PDF format (maximum size: 100 KB).
• Capture and upload a clear photo with a webcam, avoiding hats, scarves, or sunglasses.
• Upload your clear signature in both Hindi and English.

Payment :

• Submit your application form and pay the examination fee.
