Mcc College Online Application Form 2024-25
Admissions for the 2024 session at MCC College have released the admission forms on April 5, 2024. Prospective students interested in pursuing undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses at MCC College. These forms can be accessed on the college’s official website. The admission process for the 2024-25 session will cover a range of programs including BA, BCom, BSc, MA, MCom, and MSc.
Admission criteria for both UG and PG courses will be determined by a combination of merit-based selection and entrance examinations. Mcc College UG Admission Process :
– The online application portal opens from April 5, 2024.
– Plus two marks are required for application; marks from 10th and 11th standard will not be accepted.
– Candidates who completed 12th in previous years and other board students with mark statements can apply.
– Admissions commence after the 12th results are declared by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
– Applicants must thoroughly read the instructions and prospectus before submitting the online application.
– Upon successful registration and payment, applicants receive a Unique Identification Number (UIN) via SMS and email.
– After filling academic details, applicants receive an Application number and UIN for future reference.
– No offline admissions; hard copies of the application form will not be sold.
– Self-financed and PG courses do not offer free applications.
PG Admission Guidelines :
– Candidates apply with five-semester marks.
– Semester mark sheets and relevant documents must be uploaded during online application.
– Use Result Published login; awaiting result login is not applicable.
– No provision for updating marks later; once entered, marks cannot be changed.
Application Process :
– Start by clicking “Admissions 2024 – 2025”.
– New users sign up for registration; registered candidates log in using the Unique Identification Number.
– Select Degree/Programme (multiple selections allowed).
– Fill in Personal and Academic information.
– Proceed to online payment to complete the application.
– Candidates with published results can enter Academic details and complete the process.
– Upon successful payment, a MCC Unique Identification Code is generated and sent to the registered mobile number and email.

Eligibility for Various Programs Offered By Mcc College:
– Must pass the Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary or equivalent Examination.
– Plus two marks are mandatory for application; 10th or 11th Standard Marks cannot be used.
– Upper age limit for UG courses is 21 years as of July 1, 2024. Relaxation of 5 years for differently-abled and 3 years for women students is allowed.
– Candidates from boards other than Tamil Nadu State Board, CBSE, AISSCE, and ISCE must obtain an Eligibility Certificate from the of Madras.
– Private study and private candidates from CBSE or under the Open School System must also produce an Eligibility Certificate.
– Part I Language options for aided courses include Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Sanskrit, German, and French.
– Candidates opting for Tamil and Hindi should have studied the subject as a second language in X and XII standards.

Obtained at least 50% of marks (45 % marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination. Admission will be based on TANCET conducted by the Anna or any other Common Entrance Test recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu (Only TANCET 2024 score will be accepted). |
