Phase 1 : Initial Instalment

  • Due Date : Within 45 days of receiving the provisional deed letter
  • Extension : An additional 15 days can granted if needed
  • Consequences : Failure to pay within 60 days will result in cancellation of the flat allotment

Phase 2 : Remaining Payment

  • Due Date : Within 60 days after the deadline for the first instalment

  • Deadline : Total of 195 days for full payment
