Documents to Uploaded :

• President Scout /Guide /Rover /Ranger or Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) Holder : Upload scanned copy of the relevant certificate.
• Minimum al Qualification Mark Sheet /Certificates : Upload scanned copies as per requirements in Para 2(a) of the Notification.
• Certificate of Qualification in Scouts & Guides : Upload scanned copy as mentioned in Para 2(b) of the Notification.
• Certificate for Proof of Date of Birth : Upload scanned copy of Standard 10th or its equivalent certificate showing date of birth, or school leaving certificate indicating date of birth.
• Caste Certificate : Upload scanned copy for SC/ST/OBC(NCL) candidates, where applicable.

Hall Ticket (e-Call Letter) for Written Examination :

• Eligibility Verification : Candidates can check their eligibility status on RRC’s website. Notifications will sent via SMS and email to all eligible candidates. It’s crucial to keep mobile numbers and email addresses active throughout the recruitment process. Changes to these details will not entertained.
• Downloading e-Call Letter : Eligible candidates can download their e-call letter (including for scribes, if applicable) from RRC’s website approximately two weeks before the Written Test. No physical admit cards will sent. However, SC/ST candidates who have uploaded their community certificate for free travel authority will receive an e-call letter with travel authority, allowing them to book tickets with a self-attested copy of the letter and SC/ST certificate. Originals must carried during travel.
• Documents Required: Candidates must bring :
  • e-Call letter
  • Valid photo ID (such as Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, etc.)
  • One passport-size photograph
  • SC/ST/OBC Certificate, if applicable
• Important Notes: Original documents are mandatory for entry into the examination hall. Candidates without these documents will not allowed to appear for the Written Test.

Important Instructions :

• Eligibility Verification : Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying. Any false information or suppression of facts will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature.
• Document Requirements: Original documents for Date of Birth, al Qualification, and Scouts & Guides qualifications are mandatory during Document Verification. Non-English /Hindi certificates must accompanied by attested translations.
• Travel and Accommodation: No TA /DA/accommodation will provided for Written Test/Document Verification. Candidates may need to arrange their own stay during Document Verification.
• General Conditions: Candidates must ready for Written Test and Document Verification on short notice after the application deadline. Selected candidates can posted anywhere on Central Railway.
• Cancellation and Refunds : Vacancies may decrease or canceled at the Railway’s discretion. Examination fees are non-refundable in case of vacancy cancellation.
• Medical and Fitness : Final appointment is subject to passing Medical Fitness Test and verification of educational and community certificates.
• Scouts and Guides Quota : Candidates recruited under Scouts and Guides quota can terminated if found providing incorrect/fake information.
• Selection Process : The decision of the selection committee/administration on eligibility and application acceptance is final.
• Specific Requirements : SC /ST candidates should upload caste certificates to avail free travel authority. Serving Defence Personnel can apply if likely to released within one year.
• Appointment Process : RRC recommends names of successful candidates; appointment process is managed by the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, Central Railway.
