HPU SHIMLA ADMISSION 2024-25

Following the announcement of the Class 12 results, Himachal Pradesh will make available the HPU 2024 counselling schedule.

On June 21, the university began posting the HPU admission exam results for 2024. The dates of the HPU 2024 PG admission exam date May 24–June 20.

Admissions Procedure at HPU 2024

HPU RESERVATION 2024

Candidates from minority populations who wish to enroll are given preference by the university. Applicants from the SC/ST category will eligible for a 5% discount on all university major programs.

There is a minimum of one spot reserved for a single female applicant each department. Two seats in each department would set up for applicants from Jammu and Kashmir.

Candidates that apply under the category of physically handicapped will given one slot. For some programs, candidates may also apply for admission through the sports and cultural quotas.

Admission Refusal at HPU for 2024

• Notwithstanding the regulations, admission will not granted to a student whose behavior during any prior enrollment at the university was subpar.
• Without the Vice-Prior Chancellor’s consent, a rusticated or expelled student is not allowed to enroll in any course of study.
• A student who has been declared ineligible by an academic institution will not permitted to reapply during that period.
• If it turns out that a student lied on their application or left out important information, their admission might cancelled at any time.
