In anticipation of the General Elections, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has extended the registration deadline for its Group Housing Scheme until June 6, 2024. YEIDA is also set to introduce a scheme offering 6,000 plots near Noida International Airport for low-income groups as part of an affordable housing initiative in 2024.
YEIDA, known as the Yamuna Expressway Authority, continues to develop sectors along the expressway, recognizing its strategic importance. Recent updates include :
- On February 19, 2024, YEIDA launched a Group Housing plot scheme with six plots in Sector 22D through e-auction. Due to low applications, the registration deadline was extended to May 20, 2024.
- On March 12, 2024, YEIDA introduced a scheme with five institutional plots in Sector 22E, alongside an increase in land allotment prices.
- From January 1, 2024, YEIDA announced new plot schemes for data centers and mixed-use lands, responding to demand spurred by the upcoming Jewar Airport.

- The cost of the brochure is Rs 5,500 + GST per brochure.
- Pay a non-refundable/adjustable processing fee of Rs 25,000 + GST online or through RTGS/NEFT.
