Each year, IBPS invites applications from banking aspirants for positions such as Probationary Officer (PO), Officer Scale II & III, and Office Assistants (Clerks) in participating RRBs across the country. Procedure for Applying Online :
- Access IBPS Website:
- Visit the official IBPS website: ibps.in.
- Navigate to “CRP for RRBs” and select either “Apply Online for CRP-RRBs-Officers” or “Apply Online for CRP-RRBs-Office Assistants (Multipurpose)”.
- New Registration:
- Click “Click Here for New Registration”.
- Enter basic information to generate a provisional registration number and password.
- Note down the provisional registration number and password received via Email & SMS.
- Upload Documents:
- Upload the following as per specifications:
- Photograph
- Signature
- Left thumb impression
- Handwritten declaration
- Relevant certificate (for eligible candidates)
- Photograph captured through webcam or mobile phone during registration.

- For Office Assistants (Multipurpose) and Officers Scale I, select the preferred State/Union Territory for provisional allotment.

- Nationality: Indian citizen, Nepal / Bhutan subject, Tibetan Refugee, or person of Indian origin with specific migration history.
- Age Limit:
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 years
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 18 to 30 years
- Officer Scale-II (Manager): 21 to 32 years
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): 21 to 40 years
- Language Proficiency: Required local language proficiency for Office Assistant position.
