NMIMS MBA Admission Process 2025 – Key Changes

1. Competency Assessment Introduced :
  • A new component, Competency Assessment, has been added to the MBA admission process.
  • This assessment holds 50% weightage in the selection process.
  • It replaces the “WATSON” and “WAT” tests conducted in previous years.
2. Lower NMAT Weightage :
  • The weightage for NMAT scores has been reduced to 20% in 2025.
  • Previously, NMAT scores held a weightage of 60-70% in the selection process.

3. NMIMS Cut Offs 2025 Announced :
  • Common NMAT cut-offs for all campuses have been set at a score of 209.

4. Paid Re-Registration for Final Selection Round
  • Shortlisted candidates must book slots for PI and Competency Assessment by filling an online form.
  • A re-registration fee of INR 1,100 is required for the selection rounds.
  • The last date to register for the Competency Test is January 21, 2025.
5. Long 5-Hour Assessment Process
  • The personal interview (PI) and Competency Assessment will take approximately five hours.
  • Four test slots are available each day:
    • Morning slots: 8 AM and 10 AM.
    • Afternoon slots: 12 Noon and 2 PM.
