I have a question to you when cbse always allows to create elasticity method in education system for the learners, what means by that you are accepting the NEP 2020 , Which helps to learner in their education in school studies, you are not evaluating them by their percent but after that when he will be mature to get the job, you all expecting good academic Mark’s….then why you are doing this for students welfare, which is actually not…..may be students have knowledge but they can’t write on the paper, it doesn’t mean that they haven’t knowledge. If percent matters every where for their carrier so please, tell them you’ll need good academic marks. I have seen many people who has good academic marks, gold medalists & topper also….but after getting post, they don’t teach passionately…..I know educational knowledge always matter, but by the getting low percent aur 2nd 3rd division students life also ruins their aim, that’s a biggest fault of education department, you can’t accept it but I’m post graduated & B.Ed. but recruitment conditions not allow me because of I have 3rd division on graduation, I’m 36 year old woman, I haven’t any proper guidance in School & college that time, every teachers treats me badly because of I’m from reservation category & when I went for doing B.Ed. they didn’t clear me…..so my carrier has spoiled now….what can I do…..and this kind of Education recruitment conditions also disappoint me. I’m not one of in this situation, may be lot’s of candidate will be here…..but I request you to please don’t judge us by good academic Mark’s, give us an opportunity to participate on the exam and if we will be eligible, we can get success otherwise not.
