The Craftsman Training Scheme for government and private vocational training institutes for the August 2024 session is being conducted through the Centralised Online Admission Process. Detailed information regarding the admission process, rules and regulations, and counselling procedures can be downloaded from the official website’s Download Section starting from June 3, 2024.

Candidates interested in pursuing vocational training in government and private vocational training institutes can apply for admission from June 3, 2024, onwards. महाराष्ट्रातील सरकारी आणि खाजगी औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थांतील शिक्षण संस्थांमध्ये कामगार प्रशिक्षण योजनेचा (क्राफ्ट्समन ट्रेनिंग स्कीम) 2024 साठी प्रवेश प्रक्रियेचा केंद्रीकृत ऑनलाइन प्रवेश प्रक्रिया उपलब्ध आहे. 03 जून 2024 पासून या प्रक्रियेचे प्रवेश देण्यात येते आणि सकाळी 10 ते 11 वाजता सर्व व्यवस्थित प्रवेश घेण्याचा वेळोवेळी आयोजन केला जातो. प्रवेशदात्यांना सरकारी व खाजगी संस्थांमध्ये उपलब्ध असलेल्या पात्र पदांचे निवड करण्यास सवयी मिळवते. प्रवेश प्रक्रियेचा सर्व माहिती मिळवण्यासाठी आणि प्रवेशाच्या प्रक्रियेच्या सर्व आवश्यक निर्देशांच्या पालन करण्यासाठी आधिकारिक वेबसाइटवर भेट द्या.

Step 1 : Candidate Registration

  • Candidates participating in the government and private examination process should register for the respective exams online.
  • Applicants and parents must provide accurate information during online registration, application, or verification processes.
  • Anyone can register online and avail the convenience of filling forms and making payments online.
  • The “Primary Mobile Number” should be provided for registration. Only one mobile number can be registered for each applicant.
  • Upon successful registration, candidates will receive SMS notifications and OTP (One Time Password) on their registered mobile number. Therefore, it’s essential to register with a valid mobile number.
  • After filling in the essential information in the online application, candidates will receive a Registration Number, which serves as their User ID.
  • Candidates should log in to their Admission Account and fill out the Application Form under “Admission Activities.”
  • While filling out the online application, candidates should carefully review the provided information before making online payments through the payment gateway.
  • Changes to the information provided during the online registration process can be made after filling out the online application form.

Step 2 : Application Submission

  • Only one application form is permitted per candidate for Maharashtra ITI admission.
  • Submitting multiple application forms may lead to disqualification from the admission process.
  • Strictly adhere to the DVET admission last date for timely submission.
  • The application form includes sections for registration, document uploading, and payment of the application fee.
  • Access the application form and detailed information on the official website at admission.dvet.gov.in.
  • Carefully read and understand all instructions before completing the Maharashtra ITI application form.
  • After successful submission, remember to take a printout of the form for future reference.
  • The Directorate of Vocational & Training (DVET) will soon release the official Maharashtra ITI application form on its website.

3rd Step : Application Confirmation

  • After completing the online application, candidates should print out the Provisional Application Form.
  • Confirmation of application:
    • Candidates must submit the printed Provisional Application Form along with required documents for confirmation.
    • After verification, candidates receive the Application Confirmation Slip and Confirmed Application Form.
    • Authorised personnel scrutinise the documents submitted by the candidate.
  • Candidates cannot submit any additional documents for confirmation after confirmation.

Step 4 : Allotment

  • Non-residential Indian and other non-local candidates must complete the registration process online.
  • Upon registration confirmation, candidates can change their preferences by logging into their account.
  • Any changes to the application after confirmation are not allowed.
  • Candidates can download the Allotment Letter online after seat allocation.
  • Candidates must submit required documents for verification at the designated centres.
  • The timing for submission of documents is crucial, and any discrepancies found may affect the candidate’s eligibility.

Step 5 : Admission to Institute

  • The final step is accepting the offer letter from the university and start the academic year.
